As each pieces is made on demand, returns are not available. Nor refunds.

But! If your piece breaks, you may ask for a ‘fix’ for 35€. Which consist of casting that broken piece with new glass material. To do so, you may send images to hello.vivianalarcon@gmail.com explaining the incident, to make sure it is fixable.
